Returns:
You may return most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges:
We’re happy to exchange items if they arrive defective or damaged. Just reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on used hydration systems or pet clothing that has been worn.
